« back to classes page
Tai Chi is a popular exercise program in which almost anyone can participate. It consists of gentle, fluid movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo, leading some to call it “meditation in motion.” Tai Chi has a multitude of health and wellness benefits including muscle strengthening, joint flexibility and improvement in balance and concentration. It has also been found to reduce stress and blood pressure, and best of all, it’s fun to do!

Tai Chi II is for those who have learned first 12 movements of 24-Form of Yang Style or have some background of Tai Chi. We will review the first 12 movements, then teach the remaining 12 movements.
