Learn about bonsai from Dr. Pierre Kaufke, a native of Alsace and a retired UWF professor. When not teaching French as an adjunct at PSC, Kaufke is pursuing his interest in bonsai. In 1975, at a Trappist Monastery in Conyers, Ga., his love of bonsai was born, and he is now developing his second marvelous collection. He will treat us to an interesting lecture and will demonstrate his skill with bonsai. You will come away asking for a follow up class by this award-winning teacher.
