« back to classes page
Ah, the good life! Isn’t that what individuals have sought since the beginning of humankind? The search for personal answers to the great philosophic questions which give meaning to life is a quest that lasts a lifetime, at least for most of us. Explore contributions to thought about the human condition through a rather abbreviated examination of great humanistic thinkers from Ancient Athens, Renaissance Florence and Modern New York City.  Grab a toga, and let’s begin our search in Athens for answers to this eternal search for “the good person, the good life, and the good society.”
