Let's Learn Japanese: Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji Writing

Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji are three basic components of written Japanese language. In this course students will learn simple words, phrases and expressions of Japanese language. Mastery of the correct stroke orders for Japanese characters will also be covered. Upon completion of the course students will understand how to read and write Hiragana, Katakana or Katakan. Students will also have the opportunity to learn about Japanese language from a native Japanese instructor.

This course is designed for students with little or no prior knowledge of the written form of Japanese language but also perfect for more advance Japanese learners. Students will choose one of the writing systems to focus on and learn at their own pace.

REQUIREMENT: Students who wish to leran Kanji must halve already mastered Hiragana and Katakana.
