Renée Perry and Tom Garner of East Hill Edible Gardening take you on a first-hand look at the fascinating and infinitely practical world of backyard homesteading. Also known as urban farming, backyard homesteading produces the freshest, healthiest, local food in a residential setting. Learn how Renée and Tom raise food on their own quarter acre residential lot, including fruits, vegetables, eggs, honey and more. You will be amazed at how much food you can grow in your own backyard! Bring your questions concerning Fall gardening opportunities and challenges in the Panhandle.  Tom and Renée are past leaders of the Pensacola Organic Gardening Club.
