You’ve probably heard about Sully Sullenberger III and the January 15, 2009 "Miracle on the Hudson." You may also have heard about Captain Tammie Jo Schultz's successful landing of Southwest Air flight 1380 after its engine exploded at 32,000 feet. The fact is that most career pilots have a variety of adventures — some scary, some humorous — during their time in the wild blue yonder. Join Captain Bob Booth as he recounts some of his own flying experiences as a military pilot and a commercial airline captain. In retirement, Bob serves as a captain in the Civil Air Patrol. Bob is happy to answer any questions you may have concerning flight safety, emergency procedures, air traffic control and different types of aircraft.
