In this session, Escambia County Supervisor of Elections David Stafford will provide a practitioner’s view of how elections are administered in the nation’s third largest, and most politically competitive state. It will begin with a historical overview, cover the 2018 election which saw three statewide recounts for the first time in history and end with a preview of the 2020 presidential election.
