« back to classes page

Have you wanted to take a local hike but don’t know where to start? Join us for an introduction to one of the University of West Florida's natural trails with Rob from Rec Plex North. Rob will give an overview of how the trails are maintained and discuss the parkrun, a free weekly event organized by volunteers. For those eager to dive deeper into nature, the event concludes with the option to continue exploring the trail on a guided hike. Whether you prefer a brisk walk or a more relaxed pace, the trail offers something for everyone to enjoy.
