Attorney and arbitrator Randle Carpenter presents this interactive and fun workshop. We negotiate in many areas of our lives, especially when it comes to the sale or purchase of houses and cars. Topics include how to prepare for your negotiation as well as tricks, traps and strategies when negotiating and how to end your negotiation so as to get what you want. An analysis of the opposing party and of yourself will be useful especially when it comes to taking advantage of unsuspecting folks having yard sales! Randle Carpenter's unique background and 43 years of experience includes both having been a general counsel of international petroleum/maritime companies and a partner in established New York firms and a 20-year career as an Adjunct Professor of Dispute Resolution at Pace University School of Law.
