The world-wide estimate in 2013 was over 382 million people. Since our risk increases as we age, making a change in our eating habits could help us avoid this condition or avoid severe complications if we have the disease. The important thing is to eat healthy even if you are not diabetic. Come learn what foods are good for you and how to cook them so they also taste good. You will receive suggestions, recipes and foods to taste.
