Embark on a journey that will help you achieve better physical balance, manage stress and create a more peaceful way of being. This class is an infused style of working the mind, body and breath to promote improvement in physical balance and strength, mental and emotional balance and overall wellness of your whole being – mind, body and spirit. *If you have a yoga mat, please bring it to class as the instructor will have only a limited amount available for use. Always make sure you check with your doctor before beginning this or any other new exercise program.
