The Pensacola Ice Flyers are celebrating their 10th anniversary. The "Ice Flyers" name has a double meaning – it is both a tribute to Pensacola's heritage in Naval aviation and an homage to original owner Tim Kerr, who previously played eleven seasons with the National Hockey League's Philadelphia Flyers. In 2013, the Ice Flyers won the franchise's first-ever President's Cup, which in turn, solidified the City of Pensacola's first ever professional sports championship. Tuition includes a ticket to the game, hat and group picture on ice after the game. Gates open at 5 p.m., arena doors open at 6 p.m.
